Errol Flynn portrays Captain Denny Roark, a British army officer stationed in a remote Sahara outpost, who falls in love with his commanding officer's (Ian Hunter) wife (Kay Francis). Flynn, being the honorable British gent, puts in for a transfer. Hunter, being just as honorable, denies the request and sneaks off on a suicide mission, leaving the two lovers to their fate. An unabashed soap opera all the way, this film did well at the box office following Flynn's success in "Captain Blood" and "Charge of the Light Brigade." There is one long tear that extends from the top center down through the graphics and over to the center left side, border imperfections, small tears and areas of paper loss along the border, and small holes. The poster has been professionally restored, greatly minimizing these defects, so now the poster presents nicely. Very Good/Fine on Paper.
