James Cagney, Pat O'Brien, Humphrey Bogart, Ann Sheridan and George Bancroft star in this Michael Curtiz film about a street-wise priest trying to save kids from his old neighborhood from making the same mistakes he and his best friend made. This wonderful poster was produced by the "Other Company," a low-cost alternative publisher for theater owners who wanted to save money instead of using film studio posters and produced posters from 1937 to 1939. This zinc-plate lithography poster is rarer and harder to find than the Warner Brothers poster released at the same time. This gorgeous poster has been well restored to correct small edge chips and fold separations, but it was already in nice condition prior to linen backing. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
