Issue features the Liberty Lads. Comic has light corner wear and a tiny bindery tear at top of spine. Cover colors and bold and the book has terrific eye appeal. There is also a very light dust shadow along right edge of front cover and an "H 12-2" written lightly in pencil on front cover. Inside covers have moderate tanning to edges (about 3/4"), graduating to cream. Pages are supple and have slight yellowing at edges, graduating to off-white. There is a small water stain near top edge of back cover, a little smaller than a dime. The comic presents nicer than its technical defects would indicate. There are currently no certified copies of this issue, according to the CGC Census (as of January 20, 2008). 2007 Overstreet Guide value for this grade is $324.
