One of the nicest copies yet certified of the classic "Flash of Two Worlds" issue, a true DC milestone. This book opened up a whole new world of possible storylines by revealing that there was another Earth where the Golden Age heroes were still alive and well (later dubbed Earth-Two). It was the first time that the original Flash, Jay Garrick, had appeared since the Golden Age, and he thrilled fans by meeting up with his Silver Age counterpart, Barry Allen. Carmine Infantino's cover is among the most famous of DC's Silver Age. There is currently only one copy that has been certified higher by CGC and that copy is just a bit higher than this one, at 9.4. The 9.4 copy fetched $23,000 at auction in 2004. A classic, investment grade key issue!
