Highest Certified by CGC! This issue, with it's black background art is a very difficult issue to locate in any grade above Fine and is really attractive when found like this example, with it's shiny cover and brilliant colors. The issue sports a cool Captain Marvel cover that also features a nifty rocketship, a robot and Mr. Atom. This is the sole certified copy at this grade level! (as of November 2, 2007).
